On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of zone four.

While conducting the area check, I observed a female subject waiving me down with both of her arms. I approached the subject, who was standing next to a White male subject. Both subject were located on the vacant property located at 7902 Grand Boulevard.

Upon my approach the female subject stated "he's trespassing, he shouldn't be here." The female subject further advised that she lived across the street from the vacant property.

I then made contact with the male subject, later identified as Jessie James Deal. Deal admitted that he had been on the property but only to "clean it." Deal acknowledged the "no trespassing" sign posted on the front window of the property.

After observing different social settings as well as the expected behavior in those settings I choose to focus my attention on ordering etiquette in fast food restaurants. In each of the fast food restaurants I observed in both the Hub and along downtown East College Avenue I noticed three elements of expected behavior. The first was to place an order to your cashier in first person. The second, consumers were expected to pay for their purchases.…

In 1905 the Oxford University Press published Bonnie Smith’s article Gender and the Practice of Scientific Research: The Seminar and Archival Research in the Nineteenth Century in the American Historical Review. Smith’s article is able to demonstrate to the reader what factors led to historical science becoming such a male dominated profession in the nineteenth century. Smith’s article argues, among other things, that the two practices in scientific history, the seminar and archival research, were fundamental as well as influential in the profession as the ideals of truth and objectivity. Do No Trespassing Signs Have Legal Merit The property in Crested Butte, Colorado is on a major street in town, one street over from the main thoroughfare, Elk Avenue. Prior to having a fence in the front and a temporary fence in the back yard, there was ample evidence that the yard was a common walkway for people, bicycles, and animals (bears frequent our house often, probably due to the lack of residence and shrubbery in the back yard). There is also a no trespassing sign that is posted in the back yard, which after walking through the town is the only no trespassing sign posted in a yard. There are a few no parking signs; as well as, cones to keep people from parking in front of a home, but not a single no-trespassing sign.…
