However, she stated that leading up to her hospitalization, her thoughts were out of control, but she denied any thoughts of suicidal or homicidal ideation. She subsequently reported that, leading up to her hospitalization, she experienced visual hallucinations of bugs crawling on her skin, hair, and clothes, but never hallucinations that affected her other senses. Felicia later stated that she had not hallucinated since being released from the hospital. Furthermore, she stated that she did have beliefs that other people thought were strange and/or odd. Specifically, she shared that, since the hospitalization, she has to wear gloves while cutting hair because she feels she has to clean while she is cutting hair. Felicia stated that she is able to refrain from cleaning during appointments, but it is difficult for her. She also shared these beliefs and behaviors made her feel like others believe she is obsessive, unstable, and crazy. She subsequently denied excessive ruminations, but stated that she frequently worried about
