Some of the symptoms can be acute or chronic and may vary in frequency and intensity. Some common symptoms are chest pain, palpitations tremors or shakes, tension, shortness of breath, headaches, upset stomach, nausea, skin rashes, skin turn red, excessive sweating, frequent urination, numbness, fear of dying or doom, unable to sleep or insomnia. General anxiety is the most common type of anxiety affecting millions of people in the world. It is an ongoing state of physical and mental tension and nervousness. People are constantly worried and anxious. Social phobia, another type of anxiety, the person has a fear of social situations, intensive shyness, and view public situations as painful. Panic disorder is when the person experience severe feelings of doom, worrying that something bad will happen to their health. Another type of anxiety is agoraphobia. This is fear of going out in public. Fear of open space or being in unfamiliar places. Person with agoraphobia never leave their home. They can also have panic disorder.
