FedEx has shown to be very responsive to clients ' needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. By the use of the recent technology to ensure tracking of customers ' goods as well as well as segmentation of services, FedEx aims to ensure the provision of best service to its clients hence giving it superiority in the packaging industry.
FedEx 's vision to be the world leader in the transportation and shipping industry has made them build on their competencies through an innovative and constant focus on customer satisfaction.
