Beginning with Ethos, credibility is shown from the word “FedEx” in bold lettering of the packaging and airplane images. Under the word “FedEx” is the word “Express”. The added “Express” is advertising an option in shipping FedEx offers in which the package is sent with more speed for a slightly higher price. The images represent ethos to persuade consumers to use FedEx services by informing the audience of credible source of high speed shipping. The FedEx airplane is to prove that FedEx takes your individual care of consumers packaging.

The advertisement appeals to pathos (emotions) by targeting the consumer by a speedy performance, as well as its organization and art. The first image shows a FedEx employer putting hands on the packaging
