Federal Trade Commision Case Study

Decent Essays
I feel that the Federal Trade Commision should be in the business of regulating unfair and deceptive marking to children. Overall, there should be law that protects children from being targeted with such marketing at such young age. I also believe that marketing to children should be banned or at lease create a way for business to have less influence in children by their products whether i'ts deceptive or not.
