Federal Express: Best Business Practices

Federal Express can no longer shield themselves from agent created liability through agreements and labels. They now must align their conduct with the classification they seek and balance this with the interest of best business practices. FedEx now will likely have to pay for their employees’ trucks, the costs of operating and maintaining the trucks and similar costs that they previously passed off on employees.
