The budget has to reflect all of the values of the majority of Americans. Budget regulates how the national government its revenues taxes will be spent. Many forces shape the federal budget. Some of them are forces are within the laws like the president's role in drafting the budget. However, other forces come from the realities of our political system. Although, the federal budget may not currently reflect the values of a majority of Americans, the ultimate power over the U.S. government is directed by the people.

As now, there is two big problems with the process use. One is politically and the other is economic. The major problem politically with the process is that it is too tough to get a budget passed. The federal government often goes years without making and passing a full-changed budget. This is largely because it is so hard to get both House of Representatives and the Senate in the Congress and the President to agree on such a large bill. This tends to lead to a series of stopgap measures that allow the government to keep running but avoid it from ever creating a long-range budget plan that will change the use of the government’s money. This does not help the country at all. The major problem economically with the process is that it is too exposed to the demands of special interests. A major problem in the US is the huge budget decides how the government runs. One major reason for this is that every government program has a constituency that can bring pressure to tolerate during the budget process. The easiest thing for the politicians to do is to give all the interests what they want so that the budget can pass. Walker stated that the spending of the government is unreal and they are spending ten times more than the government gets. As well, he acknowledged that it is too much money that the government spends in the welfare like food stamps, medical insurance, etc. I believe that we all decide and do it together we can fight and make the government listen to us to be able to save our nation. The government require to cut the spending in welfare. Although, I am for welfare but there is need of cleaning of the system because there is too much of abuse. I am saying that if we cut down the spending on certain families. For example, cut down how much we give to family of illegal parents who have 8 children all born in the United States then we are able to save almost 2000 dollars per month or even more.
