Researching the differences in GMO and Organic food is important to society in order to make health conscious as well as budgeted choices in the supermarket. I plan to research what organic food is and how to identify the 100% organic food rather than organic food at the lowest percentage. I wonder if there is a difference in price between 100% organic and less organic foods. So far, I have come to a conclusion that no one really knows what the health difference is between organic and GMO, but because GMO is ‘unknown’, people choose organic. The question I have is: Are consumers asking just as many questions about where, when, and how their organic food is being made or just the GMO products?
