- Suppliers must provide a workplace free from harassment of any form including physical, sexual, verbal or visual behaviour that creates an offensive, hostile, or intimidating environment.
Forced/Bonded Labour
- Suppliers shall not use any type of forced labour, (which means any work or service performed involuntarily under threat of physical or other penalty, such as prison, indentured or bonded labour).
- Workers will not be required to lodge deposits or identity papers with an employer and must be free to leave the work premises when a shift has ended and terminate their employment with due or reasonable notice.
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
