Fear, why we are afraid?
The entire humanity went through fear of darkness during numerous centuries. Hopefully, just some of our fears have been changed. Nowadays, we have less fear for ghosts and werewolves but instead, our fear of aliens and zombies has increased. All those fears influence our lives more than it’s appear at the first sight. So what does fear means? It’s simply our self-defense reaction that helps us to avoid dangerous situations.Each time we have a situation that is classified like a dangerous one by our brain, we feel fear. The result of this reaction is the increased amount of adrenalin in our blood, heart start to beat harder and our body is ready to run from dangerous situation or for an impact with it. The fear is completely normal reaction in any case but, we might know how to overcome some of them.
First, we might understand that all of us are born, almost, without fears. The only known fears for new born babies are the fear of loud sounds and fear of falling. The other part of fear we accumulate during our life and it’s the result of our reaction in various

But they need to do this step. The best way to do that is to increase the level of difficulty step by step. So if a guy is afraid of inviting the girl that he likes to a meeting, the first step can be to try to speak with other girls and maybe to compliment them. The final step will be to go at the meeting with this girl. Every step that can make you to exit from comfort zone and that are on way to combat your phobia, it’s a good one. It will be impressive to see how easy it is 5th step after 4th one and 4th one after 3nd one. This kind of procedure can make us to afford big problems by completing small objectives.
