“Death is the cause or occasion of loss of life” (Merriam-Webster Dictionary). The majority of people fears death. Some are afraid of what is there after death; some are afraid of the act of dying itself. Even the most devout believer can fear death because it is more of a universal fear – one that is hardwired to our minds. Some say that this fear follows from the fear of life but that is not the only cause why most of us fear death so much as to affect our daily lives. The fear of death is caused by subjective reasons.
