Fear Of Being Up On Stage Fright

Stage is a major fright in the us. In Fact it is the number one fear in america right beside death. To many people they would do anything to not set a foot on stage. Most people are not a big fan of being up on stage in front of sometimes thousands or millions of people.
When on stage it's hard to calm down and not be scared and cope being scared up on stage. Here are some ways to control fear of being up on stage. One way to cope with it is to plan what you do before you go on stage. When you plan it make sure you practice how you will do it. Another way to cope with stage fright, is to have someone else supporting you. One time when I was little I had a friend and we sang a song at recess together in front of a couple of our good friends.
