First, FBLA community service project was a huge success. However, it was a huge stress. My chapter has around seventy-five members, these members helped very little with our chapter community service literacy drive. Our officer team delegated out the state project presentations equally when watching members present their state projects. My FBLA chapter is highly involved in the community, each program we had whether an etiquette presentation or membership drive, each task was delegated out properly. I put my lessons from my community service project to the test by fully including my officer team. As a sophomore in a typical senior position, I feel like I held my own, and successfully fulfilled my position to the best of my ability. Trusting others and asking for help when in need is still a struggle, however, the task is becoming easier each day.
In conclusion, John C. Maxwell’s quotation still doesn’t fit my life, however, I am striving each day to make it fit my life to eventually become a successful business leader. I know my way, I am on my path to going my way by attending this camp this summer, and I am learning to show my ways to others more and more each
