With this said, I humbly request you to inform your supplier to put a note/sticker in the outer box that it should be Sold as Set in order to prevent the inconvenience we caused you.
Moreover, I have provided an attachment showing that when your product arrived at the Fulfillment Center, there was no label attached. I also provided a help page that you may refer to your supplier before they shipped your products.
