Fayth,

I agree with you how parents should not have any restriction for their child when it comes to having normal activities life. As a child, they love to play and it is important to let them have that as a part of their development. Describe one example of what could go wrong, if you could not provide your child with these experiences An activity that I am engaging in Sebastian to promote a healthy behavioral practice is to teach him how to behave at the dinner table, as there are times where he does not behave. It is important for Sebastian to learn good table manners because other people can form a positive or negative impression when he sits down to eat. Also this has a reflection on the parents, as they are the ones responsible for teaching the child how to behave in different places. Another activity that I am engaging in Sebastian is to expand on his vocabulary by repeating, paraphrasing and expanding his own sentences. For example, the other day when we went to the park with his sister, Sebastian told me “ mommy Bella cry” and my response was “Sebastian, Bella is crying because she needs her diaper change.…

Other issues with disulfiram treatment include the progression of peripheral neuropathy [Filosto et al., 2008; Frisoni and Monda, 1989]. This side effect is dose dependent and data suggests that the decreased ALDH2 activity and subsequent buildup of acetaldehyde are the cause of the disease, as in individual possessing the ALDH2*2 mutation. A dose of greater than 250mg/day is the greatest factor in causing symptoms, so reducing the dosage or halting drug administration can reverse the symptoms in most cases [Frisoni and Monda, 1989]. Unfortunately for those who possess the ALDH2*2 mutation, the individuals are more susceptible to develop alcohol-induced peripheral neuropathy from consumption of ethanol. For the younger kids, the only aspect I can really go into is that of the staff/child interaction. The staff only conversed with the younger of the two, the three year old. But in those interactions, they didn’t follow the ideas that we put forth in the classroom. In the example I gave earlier, of the child who went outside and climbed on and across the structures, the teacher didn’t allow the child to go across without holding her hand for safety. As we learned in class, children likely wont engage in a play that they feel is too risky and they don’t believe they will succeed in (Susan Roscigno).…
