Favorite Memory
As I look back over the years, I realize that there are several memorable events that have happened in my life. Life is all about making memories and also cherishing those memories. Both of these events will forever be special to me, but my FAVORITE memory would have to be my Jaguar Club field trip.
In high school I was a member of a volunteer organization named the Jaguar Club. The Jaguar Club is named after my high school mascot, which is a jaguar. At the time, I was a sophomore in high school and Mr. Dean was one of my teachers. The organization started off with only a few classmates and me; throughout the years the membership in the club began to expand. Once we got there we checked into our hotels, and went to a mall nearby. After spending a day or two in Pennsylvania we took a trip to New York. The day we went to New York was my favorite day out of them all. Once we arrived to New York we got on the Staten Island Ferry; we could see the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty from the ferry. Later on that night, we went to Times Square. I think Times Square is simply beautiful at night! There were several people walking around, and the whole Times Square was crowded. It was truly a sight to see, and I would love to visit again
