It’s not.” The truth is, life sucks and not everyone gets a fairytale life, but this isn’t a good enough reason for anyone to give up. Change comes from work, not from expectations. You can’t sit around and blame everything on the neighborhood you grew up in. Anyone has the option to be great, but you have to work for it. I think that all fathers, men, and women need to realize that you are only as good as you think you are. A fatherless child can be just as great as a child with an amazing father. I am glad though that they finally are trying to stop the chain. A lot of these men spend their lives in and out of prison and I just hate that. I don’t think there is a reason why they should have to go back to prison. I truly believe that if they put in the work and have perseverance that they will make it out that dark and sick place they have been living in for so long. The father and daughter dance was truly beautiful and it was sad to see the daughters having to leave their dads behind at the end of the night. I think that its money well spent when the world is doing something to help its fellow man. These men deserve another opportunity to make it right for their kids so that they don’t end up in the same
