1. Outline in your own words what message or theory was given by Joe Cross in the film with respect to diet?
- Joe Cross before he started his program was 100 pounds overweight, loaded on steroids and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease. Joe Cross was depressed to look into the mirror as all he saw was a 310lb (140kg) man whose gut was bigger than a beach ball and a health path that wouldn’t end well. Joe wanted to show everyone his transformation and personal mission to regain his help. Joe’s mission to regain his health consisted in trading his junk food eating habits and vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable for 60 days and his one goal is to get off his pills and to get healthy.

- Yes it is achievable, Joe never thought that just by drinking juice for 60 days would make him healthier than he has been for a long time by losing 100lbs and finally fulfilled his goal of getting off his pills and to get healthy.
- Pros of Joe’s program are that he lose 110lbs of weight in only 60 days, started to feel healthier, to be able to walk around without feeling hurt by his own weight and he was able to achieve his goal of getting off his pills and becoming healthy. Also his program was pretty cheap as all he needed was a juicer and some fresh fruit and vegetables.
