Many people in the modern world strive for a better physique and overall better health. Although health and a good physique do not just come from numerous hours in the gym, they are achieved by having a healthy lifestyle. Intermittent Fasting is better than caloric strict diets because it lets the individual do and eat what regular diets do not allow. Fasting allows more variety in foods, while caloric diets are often basic, unappealing and bland tasting food. The lifestyle of Fasting is easier to fit into peoples’ busy schedules. During the period a person is in a fasting state, exercise becomes more effective due to the lack of caloric intake. Since caloric intakes are low, fat burning is increased when working out so,it later results in …show more content…
Although diets that restrict calorie intake have the same effect in the long term. Caloric strict diets are harder to stick and stay true to. Caloric diets do not allow people to eat certain foods because of the calories or sugars they contain. Restricting an individual's favorite food or craving is hard; eventually leading to them breaking their diet. Healthier foods, tend to taste bland and flavorless, which can lead to feeling unsatisfied and overeating. Most caloric strict diets recommend people eat six times a day so, they do not become hungry throughout the day. When working out, the body will have a steady flow of energy but, will not burn through the fat as quick as fasting woud. Exercising while on a diet, will just burn the calories eaten throughout the day to help keep the individual under the daily caloric need. The reason so many people can not stay with regular diets is simply they do not have enough time. The lack of time is what determines whether people will stick to the diet.
