Fast Track Pipeline Project Analysis

You bring up some great points! Your second paragraph, Vyas as manager verse Vyas as facilitator, is where I centered my analysis and would like to further expand upon. As you pointed out, Vyas surrounded himself with a talented team headed by a manger he previously had a professional relationship with. However, I believe Vyas miscalculated the gravity of the project he took on. The Filtration Unit was not a priority for ART and thus not apart of the “Fast Track Pipeline” program. Vyas approached and tied this project to the assumption that it depended on innovative growth much like other projects in the Fast Track Pipeline program (Bartlett & Beckham, 2010). The projects history and devoted funds thus far serve to amplify pressure for success.
