She is asking why must Romeo be a Montague because that 's her family’s enemy but she says in this quote that she will still love Romeo even though she 's a Capulet and he 's a Montague, ignoring the battle between the two houses. Shakespeare is getting the point across that young love is crazy and rebellious, and such a fast love that even though the slow battle between the families isn 't enough for the love of two crazy teens. Juliet 's fast love for Romeo is so strong she doesn 't care for the slow feud of the families relating to the duality, again of Fast vs. Slow.
