Food. The thought of food alone can create an immense reaction from just about any individual on planet earth. During the course of this project, I was able to evaluate two of my favorite fast food restaurants. For me as a college student, I am constantly on the move so fast foods provides me with the opportunity to consume ready-to-eat foods whenever I am short of time. Of my two meal, the one which came from Chick-fil-A was by far the healthiest meal. All in all, I consumed a strawberry milkshake and a grilled market salad with honey mustard dressing. Besides the taste factor, it was a very healthy and nutritious choice compared to other items listed on the menu. The surprising thing that stood out to me was the extremely high sodium levels.
