Rebecca Katz, researcher and nutritional experts have wrote the book, “The healthy mind cookbook”, after discussing and researching about fast food relating to health with Dr. Dale Bredesen, a neurology professor, where she listed suggestion of what to eat. The suggestion she stated in the article are as follows: Eat good fat not a bad, eat lots of vegetables, go with easy carbohydrates, and hydrates with water or soup (qtd. in Daine). Eating good fats would not harm our health instead it will balance our weight. As Katz mentioned, eat vegetables, the vegetables contain no chemical as in fast foods. But banning does not bring solution to the problems. The fast food companies are mostly influenced by the United States.The economy is raising as nation, but loss of customers still is hiddens private. Fast food companies are being spreaded in other countries which will boom business more. The profit companies has been making will be risen either. The minimum wage workers depend on the fast food because it is cheap. Because of fast food, unemployed rate of the United States has decreased; the fast food companies are creating more job. For some worker, Fast food companies are the only source of earning. So instead of banning fast food companies, it is better to change the menus and help citizens to stay healthy.
