Target Audience The primary target audience for this event is the executives and board of directors for Gabby Fashions. The point of the event is to show the fashion line to them and gain their opinions on it. Moreover, this event is also an opportunity for the company to establish a sales team. The venue appeals to the target audience, for it is sophisticated and contemporary. Each executive will be allowed to bring their significant other and children. Therefore, their families are the second target audience of this event, so the event must not only appeal to the executives, but to their families as well. The theme is ideal for this second target audience as well as the dress code, for it adds a fun aspect to a business function, making it more appealing to families. The children in the families will allow Gabby Fashions to get feedback from the fashion line’s target

We decided to contact Powerade and Luna who make popular snacks for kids after their time in the gym. Powerade is a sports energy drink and Luna is the company who produces Clif bars. Both of these snacks provide kids with the energy they need during gymnastics, and therefore their sponsorship could draw our audience to purchase their products for their gym as well. We will put together a package for our sponsors that includes a pair of tickets to the event and all that entails, their logos on our brochure, their promotional items in our gift bags, and they will have logos on our signage in the
