The assignment is about a case study of some clothing company with the name R’Us who are in the business of retailing owning in UK with 5 shops in different cities. With the efforts of the management they have grown their company up to certain level of achievement. After going through many phases and facing different up’s and down the company reached to the level of expansion after going through the economic revival and they are planning to open a new store in a new city but they are facing few problems as well
The company owns 45 total numbers of employees in different locations of their stores along with their head office employees as well they have appointed HR personnel in their each store separately for the better control over their activities of the branch related to all matters such as; recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, handling of their routine matters related to HR department includes leave or handling of absenteeism for the sake on company R’Us . Though they have tried to facilitate their employees up to maximum level as per their understanding but still few of their employees are those who left the organization with conflict of opinion.
