Three Faculty Representatives – These three members will be given the responsibility to teach incoming freshman transitional introductory courses. They will submit grades every 4.5 weeks along with notes of progression or lack of transition to the board. This will ensure that the current curriculum maintains a level of effectiveness. These members will design the introductory course under the direction of the university’s president and vice president alongside high school principal representatives. A change in the format of the course will be adjusted if needed.
Ten Academic Support Advisors- These individuals will be chosen from the current team of academic support representatives. They will divide all incoming students and will meet with them in mandatory bi-weekly meetings to offer support and guidance during their transition. These advisors will collect data every 4.5 weeks in an attempt to target high-risk students and offer additional support if needed. Bi-weekly will be mandatory for every freshman’s first year of college. If a student completes their first year with a grade point average lower than a 2.5, they will be required to attend meetings their sophomore year as
