It is no secret that families in today’s society face tremendous stressors and troubles—no family is without its share of problems. Despite the problems families face, there are measures that can be taken to keep families strong. Research indicates that there are several key qualities that are common among strong families. While some researchers espouse nine qualities or sometimes even twelve, Research highlighted in the book Fantastic Families: 6 Proven Steps to Building a Strong Family, has narrowed it down to six qualities that “good families share.” They are:

The Zamora family appears to be a spiritual family and it is apparent they believe strongly that God watches over them and guides their lives. If they are so unfortunate to get into a disagreement in front of their children they could follow rule number four and be ready with a positive solution to the problem. The benefits of following this rule would be twofold. First, the argument would end and second their children would get to see them work a positive resolution to their disagreement, therefore, teaching them how disagreements should be handled. Finally, following rule number seven would have more personal benefits for their marriage.
