Johnny Depp then shows himself as Gellert Grindelwald. Now, he is a captive of MACUSA and only the next movie will reveal his next plans. But there is a secret to this story because Grindelwald may be homosexual.

This stems from a previous comment from author J.K Rowling herself where she sees Dumbledore as homosexual. After defeating Grindelwald, he lives a life of celibacy. Through out the Harry Potter films, there is no explicit indication of his sexuality. However, Fantastic Beasts 2 may be able to shed some light on that.

In the Harry Potter literature, Dumbledore reveals that he adores Gellert. But it did not indicate if he shows any form of physical adoration for the character. In Fantastic Beasts 2, Johnny Depp can end all speculation and show the “gay-ness” of his character like he did with Jack Sparrow.

Watch out for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2 when it hits theaters in 2018. Meanwhile, the first movie is still out in

Edward is found living alone in the attic of a Gothic castle, a setting that is also used for main characters in Burton's Batman and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Edward Scissorhands climaxes much like James Whale's Frankenstein and Burton's own Frankenweenie. A mob confronts the "evil creature", in this case, Edward, at his castle. With Edward unable to consummate his love for Kim because of his appearance, the film can also be seen as being influenced by Beauty and the Beast. Edward Scissorhands is a fairy tale book-ended by a prologue and an epilogue featuring Kim Boggs as an old woman telling her granddaughter the story, augmenting the German Expressionism and Gothic fiction…

In William Shakespeare’s The Tragedy of Othello the Moor of Venice Shakespeare leaves the character of Iago’s sexuality to be questioned. Although Iago has a wife, he drops slight hints throughout the play that he has homosexual thoughts or feelings toward other characters, but he uses his position in the military and his fear to suppress these feelings. These “hints” are shown through his wildly questionable story about Michael Cassio, his word choice when describing Othello, and his discourse with Roderigo. This means an actor that plays Iago has to choose whether to portray Iago as homosexual, straight, or both.…
