Fannie Mae Home: A Short Story

The agent provided an abundance of images and a great text into the listing. It had the “New” logo stating that the Fannie Mae-approved repair contractors had performed certain repairs.

There were clear exterior images of the newly painted ranch home with a two-car attached garage and mature trees in the good-sized front yard. There was a huge fenced backyard with a new concrete patio and mature trees.

There were numerous sharp, bright images of the interior that had an open floor plan with fresh paint and new carpet throughout. The roomy combination living and dining rooms had a wood burning fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. The spacious kitchen had an ample amount of attractive cabinetry and new countertop space, and new stainless steel appliances, and a pass through and an exterior door. There were three nice sized carpeted bedrooms with closets, and two full-sized bathrooms with new counter tops. The gigantic full finished carpeted bedroom had a wood burning fireplace, a half sized bathroom, and a bar. Overall, the home appeared to be functional and in excellent condition. …show more content…
