The two-story home had the “New” logo stating that the Fannie Mae-approved repair contractors had performed certain repairs. The agent provided an abundance of pictures on the website. The pictures were sharp and bright and gave a very good idea of the layout of the home.

The exterior showed a beautiful two-story Colonial style home with huge front and back yards.

The interior presented a roomy entry with a carpeted staircase. There was a good-sized living room with a fireplace and many windows. The roomy formal dining room had an attractive built-in unit, and a trey ceiling.
