Whatever affect to one member of the family, will affect to other too. Family system theory focuses on family by understanding each individual as an important part of the family. When each member of the family is willing to cooperated together, the family will have positive effect. Some of the disadvantage of this theory is that, in order to have effective results must need every member’s participation. If for some reason, one or two of the members are not cooperating or stop the therapy, it might worse some issues. According with Bronfenbrenner and his ecological system theory; there is five different environments in the individual, that can affect family functioning and the individual socio-cultural development. each of this environment are interconnected, what affect to one of the environment, consequently will affect the others. Particularly, for this family they are already used to a routine. One of the parent is force to make a chance in order to fulfill with his or her responsibility at work. The exosystem represent the social environment, force influence to the individual. Since the exosystem is forcing the parent to change the routing, it will affect the whole family, now the other parents have to make arrangements to be home before the spouse live that house, which eventually will affect his exosystem too. Of course of the children will be affected too, their micro system change because that parent that used to be there at certainty time for make the lunch as they like, now it’s not there.
