On 3/26/2018 I interviewed the some of family members to David Zell at the Brookfield Police Department.

I spoke with Carol Zell at approximately 1110 hrs. Carol advised she was a sister to David. Carol advised that she was unaware of anyone wanting to harm David. I brought to Carol's attention that there was a mention of a family trust. Carol advised there's a family trust that her brothers will receive most of the estate once her mother Helen Zell passes away. Carol advised her mother Helen is 93 years old. Carol advised she is employed by her mother Helen to take care of her.

At approximately 1610 hrs., I spoke with Christy and Terry Dover. Christy advised she is David's niece and Terry is her husband. Christy and Terry advised they only see David during holidays and family event. Christy and Terry were unaware of anyone wanting to harm David. Christy and Terry advised they have the following vehicles, a purple in color 2008 Chevy SUV and a light brown in color 2002 Chevy ext cab truck. Christy advised she was at work when the incident happened. Terry advised he was working at Wire Rope in Chillicothe when the incident happened.

Kevin advised he is a long time friend of David. Kevin advised he was unaware of anyone wanting to harm David. Kevin described David as hard working and honest. Kevin advised he barrows farm equipment from David and David barrows farm equipment from him. Kevin advised he drinks coffee in the mourning with David with a few friends. Kevin advised David has a routine and if you wanted to find David he would most likely David would be in his shop working. Kevin advised he owns a 2009 white in color Chevy truck, a 2006 GM truck, and a 98 Chevy truck none of them having a brush
