Every weekend, my family has a time where we all watch a movie or television together. We all gather on my parents bed. It is a simple activity, but we all enjoy it, and it keeps us close. Education is very important to my family. My parents always encourage my brother to do the best he can. Also, my brother’s school work comes first, and then the sports he plays. For me, my parents make sure that I have everything I need to succeed in college. Also, my parents expect me to work hard for everything that I have. When I was sixteen, I started working. The major one is cancer. There have been several women on both sides of my family that have had cancer. My aunt is now going through treatment for breast cancer. Because my aunt was so young compared to the average age of onset, it is most likely that there is a defect in the family genes. This means that I will most likely have cancer.
