My activities for next week at my agency are completing a Family Needs Assessment and practice with one of my colleagues, on how to fill out a family intake with a client. I will prepare for this by first knowing my clients name, child's name and purpose of them being here. Since I already know how to do a Family Needs Assessment I wouldn’t worry much about it. As for the intake, I will prepare myself by making sure I listen to how my colleague helps the client out. I will observe how she helps fill out the forms carefully. I am aware that it is important to fill out these applications carefully. For this reason I will do my best in perceiving as much knowledge as I can.
