For instance, in influencing others, the leader becomes responsible for the resulting people and or event. In addition, there is the likelihood that due to great influence, opposing views may not have been explored to understand whether they could have been the best option instead. Here, ethics may cause the leader insomnia when facing large obstacles. For my mother, in raising children, this has been the most difficult part. Due to there being many opportunities but limited time, my mother acknowledges that the early choices made by parents for their children influence whom the child becomes. However, it is my mother’s view is that a person will always have their own style and that individuals should work where they can be themselves naturally. Honestly, this appears to be the ideal working situation. My mother justifies this claim through logic that the style a person develops will be the one they are most effective at. Yet, due to various constrains in reality, we need to allow for unconventional situations and allow ourselves to grow and expand accordingly. Hence, although she acknowledges that people may effectively exercise different leadership styles, she still believes that people are more effective with their primary leadership
