Family Honor Research Paper

We all pretty much know our background. Whether we know or ethnicity or we know our family's story. But do we know how much that actually matters? When you see someone with a sports jersey with their last name on it, do you recognize what that means? For me I take it as pride, knowing that I'm supporting my family and defending my legacy. Your last name isn’t just a couple words, your last name is you and your family. That name has been around for centuries. So to answer my question, I think yes our background matters alot. I hope I can influence you to feel the same way about your background.

My mom raised me and my 2 sisters almost the same as her parents raised her. They both are laidback but always have a lesson for you. One example about my mom was when her and 9 friends stole the head of the Frisch's Big Boy. She explained how they flew down the street but didn’t get far. She had to stay and clean school on the

They went to church every Sunday. They had a family gathering on Christmas Eve and Santa came on Christmas. My mom and her 2 brothers went trick or treating around the neighborhood. Her grandma took her dressing shopping on Easter and when they came back from church the easter bunny would’ve left eggs. On thanksgiving she went to her grandmas house in Newark to see the family. My mom doesn’t take us to church unless it’s a very special occasion. We don’t usually see family on Christmas eve but we do get presents on Christmas. We used to go trick or treating every halloween. On easter we see family and get eggs. Thanksgiving we see family and eat a lot.

To wrap this up I’m gonna give a short overview on why what I said was important. I didn’t give you my full family story or background, but you still understand what we do. You can see how my mom raised us slightly different from how she was. At certain points you recognize why I take family pride so serious. I hope I influenced
