CPW Andy Chavez attended the family home. Present were Rob Theuma, Rogan, Phoenix, and Raven. The house was in good state of hygiene. The toys were moved in the corner of the living room. A safety gate is place at the foot of the stairs to prevent the kids from climbing. Rob mentioned that he is having trouble with the floor as the workers did not remove a portion of the floor that it created some unevenness. He planned to remove some of it and place plywood to even the floor and add additional insulation.

Rob reported that everything went well this Christmas season. He mentioned that Rogen spent his Christmas with his mother.
Rob expressed his frustration that Lindsay has been inconsistent and difficult to communicate with about her access visit. As a result, he also has having hard time managing the access visit, especially that she requested to see both of her children at the same time on the coming scheduled visit. Rob voiced is gratefulness for the gifts he received this Christmas season. He said that he has not opened some of them and would save it when the kids are bored with their toys. He also stated that he still has some of the gift cards that he used to buy some groceries. As a result, he saved enough money to spend on Rogan’s birthday.
Rob expressed that in more than two years that he is with SMFC, he realized the personal growth he had, and that he love his boys. He told the worker that despite all the challenges, he managed to bring up his boys properly. The worker encouraged him to keep on messaging him or Allie for any progress or any challenges he
