Title: Family Healthy Lifestyle
I am writing to express my view on how we can solve some vital health problems that affect our family, as a matter of fact, these issues cannot be solved unless we accept the reality and focus on the problems as a family. In American health care system today infection are no more a threat to our system, but the real problem chronic disease like coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes and asthma. Moreover, family condition has set back the income per capital in most families across America, as we analyzed the production situation. Most families spent their time taken care of their love ones who are suffering from one illness or the other. With these assessments of the situation in America, the introduction of healthcare reform has changed the situation on how the health care condition is being handled with the support the government. In addition to this effort there are various steps to solve some of the health issues such overweight, heart disease, diabetes, drugs abduction. (www.healthypeople.gov …show more content…
With the increase of these problem around the corner, the follow step has been considered to map out the best way of prevent this situation. The following step should be used the other alternative measure in solving the problems.
• Community activities should encourage boosting the outdoor activities for the family to boost their weight lost. However, some people do not want to get out of their comfort zone to implement what will help the improved their life.
• Consulting medical center for checkup regularly to find out your current position of your health, these situations will enable you to prevent yourself from danger
• Keep away from unhealthy food so that you will get over weight that might lead to obesity. This disease is leading cause of death in America. Kovner, et(2011)p137

Conclusion
The entire idea about healthy family lifestyle is a vital commitment because treatment of this illness is full with a lot filtration. Therefore, it will better to fine solution about how to prevent it than treatment when it fully operational. However, with the better understanding of the illness and the method of solving is a welcome development, it enable everyone to work towards solving solution before problem
