a) Buy a lot of vegetables and expect that they will start eating more vegetables as a side dish
b) Mix more vegetables into dishes, while decreasing amount of other food components
c) Ask kids to report what amount and which kind of vegetables they ate during the day
d) Explain the importance of eating vegetables and hope that intake of vegetables is going to increase
