In summary, on 05/12/16 at 2154 hours Ofc. E. Babczak #293 and I were dispatched to 2506 S 61st Ave. in regards to a family disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim (Galvez, Patricia DOB 08/17/82), who related that her husband (Guardado, Jose DOB 08/11/80) was upset because dinner was not made when he arrived home from work. Patricia further related Jose became verbally abusive towards her and their three (3) sons. Patricia related the verbal argument started in the living room and made its way into the kitchen where it became physical. Jose grabbed Patricia by both her arms and began to shake her until their oldest son (Guardado, Jose G. DOB 07/02/98) intervene. Jose told his son to not get involved and to go to his room. At this time Jose G. told his brother (Guardado, Alfredo DOB 05/07/03) to notify the police. At this time Jose left the residence to sit on the front pouch to smoke a cigarette. I spoke with Jose G., who related he only intervened when his father became physical his mother. …show more content…
