2. I did find Wiltz’s personal examples to well fit his argument. By sharing his story of how he was able to overcome his Dyslexia to help improve his family business, he has inspired many others. However, by providing more examples of other tasks that he has overcome, he might would be able to reach out to a wider audience. For example, by focusing on his struggles in school he could have influenced those struggling in school rather than in the work place.

The author of this narrative stresses the importance of visual aid in the company he works for. They are helpful to the employees so they can better understand the directions they are given. The same goes for visual aspects in a work of literature. Pictures and even the form of the writing can cause it to be more attractive, catching the reader’s attention, or easier to comprehend. The genre of the writing is also imperative to what audience is attracted and so is the medium. Wiltz explains how, because of his dyslexia, he was never an avid reader until the introduction of the iPad. Now, Wiltz is able to read an audio book a week. This is just one example how the medium of a writing greatly affects it. As for the genre, individuals are usually attracted to certain types. By exploring different mediums of genres, however, one might be able to expand their interests.
