Unfortunately, I have not that experienced with screen sharing and the procedures that you should follow but I am watching the staff series of @MadG and @ProCombo to get an idea of how things run around here. I remember that I need to record any bans that I distribute in case I am accused of false banning. Another beneficial thing upon my addition to the Viper team is that I have a judicial temperament when I am representing the position of a job. This means that I am able to deal with people calmly and that I am always willing to hear and consider the views of all sides of a case. I am not here to do anything along the lines of abuse my power or show off my tag and make it seem like it is all that. I just want everyone to be happy and have a wonderful gaming experience on Viper MC. I have been a Moderator, Administrator and Developer on plenty of different servers over my years playing Minecraft but this one is like an addiction that I can not shake off. My plans are that I am going to start up a Staff Series if I am accepted which will hopefully start to bring more players to the server. This can come in handy if there any glitches that players might be worried / questioning about, I can add input to the discussion. People can see an obvious killaura but I know how the killauras actually work, or the no fall works. I have made hacked clients which means I also know how to detect them. I have recently begun working with Anti-Cheats but they are quite complicated as there are multiple bypasses due to multiple hacked clients. Main things to focus on are: sudden head twitches, head locks, reverse hits, hitting without sword (drinking/eating while
