Falls Room Summary

Decent Essays
A review of her medical records indicates that she has had multiple falls recently with trip to the ER. She continues to suffer from chronic agitation, chronic stable hypotension and chronic stable hypertension.
At today's visit, she is accompanied by her husband and private aide. Her husband reports that she has had increased daily and nightly agitation. The husband states that the Xanax 0.5 mg is not working anymore. He states that she constantly tries to get up without assistance thus her frequent falls. He states that last night she got up 15 times from the bed, which places her at increased risk for falls and injury. She reports increased tremors from her Parkinson.
