Introduction
Nowadays, fall prevention is a major concern among the health professionals, although the patient has been discharged from a hospital. Australians in recent era have a longer life expectancy than previous generations, but for some of them, it is damaged by falls ("Falls Prevention | Safety and Quality", 2018). As we get older, our bones become more porous and fragile due to lack of calcium and also the loss of muscle mass.
