Fall is an amazing time to be outside enjoying nature. Going for a hike, tailgating, or just looking at the beautiful colors as the leaves change are all great ways to enjoy this time of year. As the days begin to get shorter, it is important to remember that the temperature will drop significantly once the sun goes down. If you are hiking or engaging in outdoor activities, always make sure to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket. If you are out in the mountains, it is especially important to remember that as the elevation rises, the temperature drops.
