Fajitas 101 You have waited twenty whole minutes for this very moment. The moment those fajitas come sizzling out the kitchen, you are on the edge of your seat waiting to pounce on your savory meal. The waiter sets them down on the table, and you are agape. “What, you mean they aren't already prepared for me?” you ask yourself. What are you going to do?! Good news, you are in luck. After following three simple steps, you too will be able to construct and devour your chimerical fajitas.

Step one: go to Ajo Al’s and order their chicken fajitas. If there is one thing that needs to be clarified about fajitas, it is that Ajo Al’s serves the best fajitas on Earth. High school senior Lexi Dosch believes that “Ajo Al's has the best chicken

The secret to the best fajita is in the order in which you build it. Always – I mean always – start by smothering beans in a small rectangle (about three inches wide) stretching from the top of the tortilla to the bottom. Next, sprinkle some Spanish rice on top of your bean base. Now it is time for the chicken. Make sure you have about three or four pieces lined up vertically on top of the beans and rice. Immediately after placing the chicken, garner about two slices of bell peppers in each color (red, yellow, and green) and disperse them evenly on the sides of the chicken. Then, sprinkle gobs of the shredded cheese on top of the fajita. Next, pour about half the container of salsa all over the mound of goodness. Finally, fold the bottom up about one and a half inches. Fajita expert Drew Magary suggests, “Make sure a good amount of the bottom is folded up, or else it'll open like a trap door upon initial consumption. Once you have the bottom flap up, you tuck one side over on top of the fillings, and then the other side” (Magary). After staring at your aesthetic fajitas, you are now ready to proceed to the next
