Faith Community Church Program

Faith Community Church is a church that is dedicated to invest in the lives of each member of the church by creating the most convenient and effective programs for everyone of all ages. Being considered a mega church it is very crucial to build various programs for each member to attend in order to connect with others. Since the church is very large and there are three services on a sunday it is very difficult for members to interact and get the opportunity to connect with fellow members of the church. In any ministry it is important to create key programs that will be effective to meet the needs for that specific church. Before creating a program it is important to really know the purpose but most importantly to know the people that will be ministered to. The program should never be created before really knowing the people of the church because everyone's needs are different. Youth and young adults are slowly drifting away from the church and becoming less aware of Jesus. Faith Community Church is focused on building a ministry that will offer something unique that can relate to this culture that creates a fun and exciting environment to learn about Jesus. 12Eleven was created as a way for students to gather twice a week in order to connect with others in a time of fellowship and worship that ultimately leads to building a deeper understanding of God.
