Thus far, this class has not been at all what I anticipated when I signed up for it. It has been extremely eye opening. Prior to this class I knew there were injustices that women faced, but I was not aware of how extensive they were. Week after week, I am astonished to learn the various issues that women all around the world live with every day. This class appeared to be stressful and difficult to keep up with, with all of the deadlines and due dates. When I first realized the extensive amount of reading required for this class I was nervous that it would quickly become stressful. However, I have established a schedule to be successful in each unit. And, the readings are much more interesting than I anticipated them to be, therefore, I actually
