Essay on Facts About The Affordable Care Act

This makes it to where you as a citizen are not mandated to go with the ACA it is simply another option to go with or in some people’s eyes the only option.
2. The Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to cover people with pre-existing health conditions. Medical bills are the number one cause of bankruptcy in the United States and I believe the majority of that come from the unprepared when it comes to health insurance. I think this will help and benefit the unprepared more and help with coverage with the pre-existing conditions. Also it could help someone who has a condition and is dropped by their prior carrier.
3.Age, geographic location, tobacco use, individual vs. family enrollment and plan category are the factors that affect premium costs in the Marketplace. This rule could benefit many Americans who are of retirement age. http://obamacare-guide.org/facts
